3 tailor made schedules:

For runners

Send us your video of your running technique and we will look at the points of attention and the risks of injuries. We then discuss the running technique and give adapted exercises.

For cyclists

Lots of time to cycle during the lockdown? Do you finally want to be able to ride a few km/h faster? Do you find it difficult to follow in a group? Or do you just want to get better?

For Triathletes

Have you dreamed of triathlon all your life? Now a lot of time to train? Now is the time to start.

Training schedules for runners

Drawing up a training schedule for a starting runner or a runner with injuries starts with a running analysis and supervising the running technique. During these sessions of 2x 30 min we will do an analysis of the running technique and after that we will give an overview of the current running technique. Furthermore, we adapt to your running technique by means of tailor-made exercises. We are also working out a home programme for this purpose. The price of these first two sessions is 60€.
