During our group trainings we will emphasize both on strength training and core stability. This ensures a balanced body development.
In the first phase we start with general strength training and then we continue to build specifically in function of your goal.
At your request, we can emphasize for endurance trainings and skills for the sport of your choice
You can register for 20 group lessons at a time and participate in existing group lessons.

When the group lessons are full, we can look if other timeframes are available to organize new group sessions.
