NECK AND BACK SCHOOL
Many people suffer from neck and back problems because of poor posture at work. Prolonged sitting in poor posture causes a lot of neck and back pain.
We often see this among executives and business leaders, as they regularly struggle with extra stress. This stress combined with poor posture causes more body complaints.
In this programme, we work with the client to find the cause of problems. Once we have found it, we will work with the client to develop a method and point out exercises to adapt his work and home environment.
We work towards better posture by finding forms of exercise that clients can apply in their daily lives.
We start with mobilisation exercises and then we will introduce targeted muscle-strengthening exercises. This allows us to strengthen the core, neck and shoulder muscles.
The ultimate goal is to improve overall whole-body fitness and reduce pain points.
